Crew rotation and cargo service
keep the vital supply chain going in a safely manner
We have joined maritime and aviation professionals to solve logistical problems for Yards, Rigs and Vessels owners operating worldwide.
We face off the challenges of closure of national borders, airports, harbors and flight routes, enabling crew and goods to reach their destinations in a timely, safe and comfortable manner.
Presenting “Subsea to Air,” a crew rotation- and cargo service, completing a traditional vessel agency service portfolio, enabling the shipping and offshore industries keep the vital supply chain going in a safely manner.
By using S2A, HR and HSE departments can feel confident that the health and safety of their staff is at the top priority. S2A ensures that the passengers has a safe and predictable journey. We only cooperate with providers that live up to our high safety standards.
While bypassing crowded airports and avoiding transits, private chartered flights give much less exposure towards other travelers. The health and safety of the crew is our top priority and the main motivator for a yard, rig or vessel operator to use an air charter solution. In addition, chartering your own aircraft eliminates the possibility of a canceled flight. Furthermore, it creates maximum flexibility to efficiently perform crew-change, as well as material and tools replacement as we carry goods onboard the same aircraft.
Subsea to air
A nordic team in worldwide services
Subsea to Air was established based on the need of a safe charter solution for challenging crew-changes, ensuring that the personell are not exposed to the risk of infection.
S2A consists of an experienced Nordic team from vessel agency Saga Subsea AS and air charterer and logistics specialists Gayo Aviation AB.
The maiden flight initiating this cooperation, went from Oslo to Las Palmas in July 2020 carrying a crew of 53. We are planning frequent flights from the Norwegian hub of Oslo to sites that have become increasingly difficult to operate, such as Singapore, Trinidad, Ghana, Canary Islands and Cyprus, as well as offering adequate ground transportation to the ports in each location.
